** We are looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Investment who possesses extensive and in-depth expertise in their respective job discipline, complemented by broad knowledge across other related fields and recognized as an expert within own agency. The candidate is able to:  
* tackle unique and complex problems with solutions that have significant and far-reaching impacts on the business/network/agency
* contribute to the development of functional strategies, leveraging deep understanding and innovative thinking to shape the strategic direction of the organization
* drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimizing performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‐commerce platforms
* develops and executes data‐driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalized, and automated media delivery
* leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‐time insights to optimize media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation
* navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel $120,000 - $230,000
