** Overview
* * The Associate, Integrated Media Planning assists in the coordination and execution of media plans under the guidance of more senior team members. As the day-to-day support to the strategy team, responsibilities include collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and investment teams, maintaining and updating trackers, gathering data to support media recommendations, and managing media activity flowcharts and timelines.  

This role offers exposure to a broad mix of channels including TV, Streaming, Digital Video, Social, OOH, and sponsor ships, providing a strong foundation across both traditional and digital media. Associates will have the opportunity to work across multiple categories and gain experience with national brands and growing businesses alike.  
** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of a four-year college or university
* 0-1 year of business experience or relevant internships
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong interest in media, advertising, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy
* Eagerness to learn across channels and platforms
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Interest in sports, entertainment, or gaming is a plus, but not required
* Adaptable, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
