Location: New York
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Job Coach / Developer to support the job development and placement for clients at a men's shelter. You will establish employer networks, prepare clients for interviews, and manage a caseload of clients. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in job development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule after 90 days of employment.
Salary range is $50,000 - $54,000.
