IT Volunteer for Non-Profit Theater that Serves Homeless Children
Join us at The Actors Theatre Workshop, an award-winning theater and community center with a 28-year history of innovative arts educational programming with homeless children and people of all walks of life! We seek IT graduates, professionals and individuals with website, networking and PC maintenance skills to join our team of idealistic volunteers and staff to keep our Wordpress website, PC workstations and network up-to-date.
This crucial work will support the smooth running our life-changing community programs, drama classes for people from all walks of life, and original and contemporary productions. Projects will include setting-up and networking PCs and printers, keeping them free of viruses, installing programs needed for staff, managing data and video footage on ATW’s video storage systems, supporting our video editors, and other special IT projects that will make the organization run more efficiently.
Responsibilities- Set up and network PCs and printers, keep them free of viruses.
- Install programs needed for staff.
- Manage data and video footage on ATW’s video storage systems.
- Support video editors and other special IT projects.
- Degree in Computer Science or certifications in networking, computers or IT.
- Age 23+ (32+ for adult).
