Purpose- The Philanthropy Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive support of the PMG department, including administrative, strategic, and events-related tasks.
- Partner with the National Director and frontline team, collaborate with coordinators, specialists, and operations to ensure data and activity compliance.
- Assist three PMG fundraisers and a discovery manager with proposals, reports, correspondence, gift acknowledgements, donor briefings, event briefings, and large-scale donor mailings.
- Ensure materials comply with PPFA regulations.
- Conduct research on donors and prospects.
- Support gift officers and discovery manager in documenting fundraising activity in database and hard files.
- Provide administrative support for the National Director of PMG.
- Perform additional development-related activities as requested.
Skills and Abilities
- One year of directly related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Google).
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic, fast-moving team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Sensitivity to diversity and inclusion.
- Attention to detail.

- Understanding of the Sexual and Reproductive Health ecosystem.
