A nonprofit organization located in New York City is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to provide case management and group programming for senior tenants. The coordinator will conduct in-home assessments, develop written case plans, assist with benefit applications, and ensure tenants maintain their housing subsidy. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
