Position Overview The Outreach Coordinator provides
** administrative, research, and logistical support
** to the outreach team, ensuring materials, translations, and planning efforts are executed effectively.###

Key Responsibilities
* Create, organize, and manage outreach materials
* Coordinate translation of materials for multilingual communities
* Conduct outreach research and support strategy development
* Prepare implementation plans for field outreach activities
* Track schedules, materials distribution, and outreach coverage
* Support reporting and documentation requirements
* Assist with coordination of community events and meetings### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum
** 3 years of experience
** supporting government or public engagement programs
* Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
* Experience coordinating materials or logistics preferred
