Program Manager - Youth

Our client is a non-profit educational institution based in NYC
. They are seeking a Program Manager to join the team in support of youth work force initiatives. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan.

• Lead youth work force initiatives, including Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations
• Oversee projects, budgets, learning opportunities, and career fairs
• Work collaboratively across departments in support of program goals
• Assist Marketing team with creation of advertising materials
• Provide grant search support to Development team
• Coordinate community events
• Salary Range: $70-75k annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or similar field, required
• 4+ years’ experience in managing youth employment programs such as SYEP, Pathways, or similar
• Must have leadership and mentoring experience
• Must be familiar with DYCD Connect
