We are seeking a strategic and community‑rooted District Organizing Lead who genuinely enjoys grassroots organizing and the day‑to‑day work of being in community. This person thrives in hands‑on field environments, has strong political instincts, and brings a steady commitment to long‑term, community‑centered work.

Success in this role requires someone who can hold the big picture while staying grounded in on‑ground grassroots work, ensuring each district builds durable, connected infrastructure that lasts beyond the election.
