Position Summary

The Programs and Chapter Specialist supports the Membership Department by facilitating effective communication, program and membership management for all membership related activities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintaining regular and consistent communication with multi-state membership leaders, and responding to inquiries
  • Developing and delivering technical training content for multi-state membership leaders.
  • Developing engaging content for the membership e-newsletter.
  • Monitoring and analyzing trends in membership and recommending strategies to strengthen membership programs and engagement.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to coordinate outreach campaigns and communications.
  • Establishing compliance reporting protocols and providing oversight and adherence to guiding documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly membership reports.
  • Providing administrative and technical support assigned.

Experience
  • Two or more years of experince in marketing and/or communications, preferably at a nonprofit organization is a plus.
  • Familiar with volunteer management (membership, chapter)
  • Experience in working with CRM/AMS systems (relational databases)
Technical Skills
  • Experience with website management;
    Word Press
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
    Adobe
  • Experience with Canva and other design tools is helpful

  • Strong project management, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and adapt to changing effectively.
