Red Hook Initiative (RHI) seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead our community-based nonprofit in Brooklyn. Reporting to the Board, the ED will shape strategy, oversee programs, and drive community advocacy with integrity.
The ideal candidate has nonprofit leadership or community organizing experience, a social justice lens, and the ability to balance vision with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with staff, residents and partners. Compensation is $175,000 per year.
