For Water Street Mission to fulfill its mission and purpose, it is critical for all staff to participate in the development and maintenance of a healthy Christian Community. By living out our faith with one another and creating a space where our guests are invited to experience that community with us, we participate in lives being restored. Even as some positions have minimal direct contact with guests, each staff member has an essential role in forming and maintaining Christian community.
The love of Christ, evidenced in our Water Street community, is the real impetus for change with our guests.
Are you a people person? Do you keep in touch with family and friends and remember birthdays or special occasions? Do you enjoy praying with people? Use your people skills as a full-time Mid-Level and Monthly Partner Ambassador to help provide consistent financial resources needed to give hope and a hand up to Lancaster County’s most vulnerable men, women, and children.
As a Partner Ambassador on the Advancement Team, you will cultivate relationships with our mid-level and monthly partners through phone calls, texts, mail, email, and events. We build relationships with each of these groups of partners by showing appreciation, offering encouragement and prayer, providing education about our work, and nurturing the joy of giving.
The effective Mid-Level and Monthly Partner Ambassador also assists in the execution of strategies to acquire, reacquire, retain and upgrade mid-level and monthly donors.
