- Documenting care provided in accordance with regulatory standards
- Responding to resident and family needs with professionalism and empathy
- Current and unencumbered RN/LPN license in the State of Florida
- IV Therapy Certification (as required by state)
- Valid CPR certification (must be maintained during employment)
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements in long-term care
- Supervisory and leadership capabilities
- Ability to lift 60–70 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to support residents’ needs
- Familiarity with EHRs and basic computer systems
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and required physicals
