Positions Available For RNs

Per-Diem and Part-Time RN Visits

Ideal for those seeking flexibility in the Hamptons / East End region

RN Care Management Roles

Collaborate with families and providers to oversee individualized care plans

What You Need To Join Our Team

• Valid New York State RN license in good standing
• Current medical records & vaccination documentation
• A passion for improving patient quality of life through home-based care
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
