• Lead and support your medical team in delivering high‑quality patient care.

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
• Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings (advantageous).
• Collaborative spirit, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities.

• Competitive base salary of $130,000 – $160,000 annually.
• Potential incentive pay up to $180,000+ per year.
