Overview
When you serve as a licensed practical nurse at Heritage Christian Services, you can put your critical thinking and leadership skills to work every day. You're choosing not to limit yourself to a single role. Sometimes you'll be an advocate for people with disabilities to make sure they are included in choosing the best health care options for themselves. Other times you'll serve behind the scenes as an ally, assisting a person and his or her support team with understanding various health care topics and different types of medications and procedures.

Pay rate for this position: $21.00 - $24.00 / hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Responsibilities- New York State Department of Education licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Valid NYS Driver License.
- Long-term care experience and experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Flexibility of scheduling with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Critical thinking skills and leadership ability.
