Hours Per Week: 40
Floating:
May float to Interventional Radiology Department
Pay Rate: $58/hour negotiable (Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role OverviewThe Clinical Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, competent, evidence-based care to patients in the Radiology Department. Utilizing the professional practice model of Relationship-Centered Care, the nurse will manage patient care through assessment, critical thinking, planning, education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing accepted with relevant experience and/or BSN enrollment
- Licensure/
Certifications:- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS & ACLS certification required
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- 2 years of ambulatory and radiation safety experience
- ICU or ED experience preferred
- 1 year travel nursing experience (required for travel positions only)
- Technical Skills:
- EPIC EHR experience highly preferred
- Mid-Senior level
