RN Interventional Radiology | Radiology – Clinical Nurse

Shift: 4 days/week | 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM (10-hour shifts)

Hours Per Week: 40

Floating:
May float to Interventional Radiology Department

Pay Rate: $58/hour negotiable (Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)

The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, competent, evidence-based care to patients in the Radiology Department. Utilizing the professional practice model of Relationship-Centered Care, the nurse will manage patient care through assessment, critical thinking, planning, education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Associate Degree in Nursing accepted with relevant experience and/or BSN enrollment
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS & ACLS certification required
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience
  • 2 years of ambulatory and radiation safety experience
  • ICU or ED experience preferred
  • 1 year travel nursing experience (required for travel positions only)
• Technical Skills:
  • EPIC EHR experience highly preferred
