Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its hospital-based OR and Surgery Center. This is a highly desirable weekday-only role with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities—designed for clinical excellence and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and administer anesthesia under established protocols
- Monitor patients throughout perioperative period; adjust anesthetic care as needed
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and OR staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – required
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in the State of New York (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
