Premise Health is seeking a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Eustis, FL.

What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care and collaborate under the supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice.
- Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observe reactions to treatments, and specimen collection (urine, blood, sputum) as ordered.
- Maintain medical equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
- Maintain patient health records to ensure accuracy and up‑to‑date documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of a National League of Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
- Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current certification in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department settings.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7am‑5pm with occasional Saturday coverage 9am‑1pm.
