IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for Home Health Nurse LPN. We have an immediate hiring need for the following position(s):
Home Health Nurse LPN. We are seeking patient, reliable professionals who enjoy working with patients in the home setting.

We are currently accepting applications for the Home Health Nurse LPN role.

• Assess patients' condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Dress (or re-dress) wounds.
• Provide patient education.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress.
• Make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patients  quality of life.

• Must be 18 years or older and have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
• Current FL State LPN license is required.

Now hiring in ALL Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando Counties. We serve the counties:
Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando.

Job Type: Per diem, Contract (1099). Job Types: Part-time, Contract. Pay:
Per visit; varies based on experience.
