Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Community

Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in skilled nursing. Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate resident care in accordance with care plans.

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current or eligible for CPR certification
