$55/hour • $125 per visit

As an Affir… you’ll have the chance to truly make an impact. You'll work closely with clients who appreciate the individualized attention and clinical expertise you bring. We’re especially looking for nurses with strong acute care experience—ICU, Med‑Surg, or ED backgrounds are a great fit.

We have 12-hour day and overnight shifts available, and we’ll collaborate with you to find the schedule that works best.

• Hourly: $55.00/hour
• Per visit: $125.00/visit

• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
• Active NYS RN license and BLS certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON (within 1 year) or chest X‑ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within the past 10 years)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
