Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time LPN to join our team of assisted living professionals!

Schedule: Full Time - 7:00am - 3:00pm - every other weekend required

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour – based on experience

Shift different offered for night, evening and weekend shifts

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring medication programs
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required
