Registered Nurse RN | Spanish Plaines Hospital Emergency Department | 13 Week Assignment | FT Nights Overview
Under the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care, makes nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis, and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

This position requires floating between two of the following Emergency Departments in the UF Health Central Florida locations:
Spanish Plaines Hospital ED and Brownwood Freestanding ED.
- Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing or higher
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIH Stroke Scale
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must have either 2 years of experience in the ED, or 1 year in ED and 1 in another acute care department
