Urology; Inpatient & Outpatient Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join its team. Memorial?s Division of Urology provides specialized services to the community and beyond for urologic conditions including incontinence, cancer, and those affecting fertility. The selected provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute urological conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute urological conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Provide routine care and assist with procedures including nerve stimulations, interim programming, pessary fittings, catheterizations, and bladder instillations.

• Master of Science in Nurse Practitioner and possess a national Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• A BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and Florida license must be obtained by date of hire.
• Employees who are hired/transfer/re-hired must meet certification requirements or possess 7 years of APP experience in particular area of expertise.

Schedule requirements are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This is a full-time employed position that offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
