Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Currently serving New York State including Bronx County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County, and Westchester County.
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care services in the communities listed above.
These placements are 1-on-1 and per diem with individuals in our local community who utilize the services of certified care professionals in various settings. These services can include direct care, medication pouring, facility support, injections, and beyond – personalized assistance to ensure a quality lived experience for our clients. Per diem work means that you will have complete flexibility over which shifts you accept, and right of refusal for any cases you are contacted for.

Required:
- Must possess a valid NYSLPN Certificate
- At time of hire, candidate must be able to provide:
- Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months
- 2 PPD Tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days
- If Positive, provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctor's note
- Proof of current flu vaccination
- Proof of initial COVID-19 vaccination
- Medical Malpractice Insurance of $1,000,000 incident / $6,000,000 policy
- Basic Life Support Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
- Annual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped/signed by physician
- Tuberculosis Status, either through:
