Collaborate with transformational leaders to establish short- and long-term goals for the unit, facilitate cost-effective operations, and coordinate patient throughput. Utilize your strong understanding of emergency nursing to provide training and guidance to a team of nurses and medical staff.

This is a full-time Night shift position, working 7:00pm - 8:30am
** Preferred Criteria
*** Master’s Degree in Nursing
* Previous leadership experience
* Strong Emergency Department nursing experience
** Required Criteria
*** At least 2 years of acute care RN experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
* BCLS certification
