Position: Weekend Per Diem RN Supervisor
Location: Staten Island, NY
Shift: PRN | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $55/hour

Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure seamless daily nursing operations in full compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of resident care.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure safe, effective, and efficient coverage.
- Conduct regular rounds to observe performance, deliver feedback, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed.
- Support the creation, review, and implementation of individualized resident care and discharge plans.
- Address and appropriately escalate staff concerns, complaints, or grievances.
- Welcome and support residents and families throughout the admission process.
- Accompany physicians on rounds while overseeing accurate medication administration and treatment delivery.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with comprehensive resident assessments when necessary.
- Participate in evaluations and professional development for LPNs and CNAs.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in New York.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing management or supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
