Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator – Full-Time Contract – Brooklyn & Manhattan, NY – $85/hour – Day Shifts

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $85 per hour (based on experience)

Travel Package: Weekly stipends available for qualifying travel candidates

Referral Bonus: $500 for qualified referrals (100+ hours worked)

A top New York City hospital system is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator for a full-time contract position across Brooklyn and Manhattan campuses. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled RN who’s passionate about staff education, professional development, and evidence-based patient care.

The Nurse Educator will collaborate with nursing leadership to train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and patient outcomes.

• Develop and deliver educational programs, orientations, and competency assessments for nursing staff
• Mentor nurses and provide ongoing clinical guidance and professional support
• Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to improve clinical performance
• Promote evidence-based practices and uphold hospital policies and accreditation standards
• Support the development of a learning culture focused on quality, safety, and professional growth

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license –
  Required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing –
  Preferred
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification –
  Required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience –
  Required
• Previous experience as a nurse educator, preceptor, or clinical instructor –
  Preferred
