Nurse Practitioner – Cardiac Cath Lab Outpatient Clinic (Per Diem, Day Shift)

New York-Presbyterian Hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiac Cath Department as a per‑diem day‑shift provider. The role requires assisting in the care of patients with cardiac conditions, performing initial assessments, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring high patient safety and quality of care.

• Deliver care to approximately twenty cardiac patients per day, conducting initial assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians to develop, implement, and refine patient care plans.
• Provide clinical expertise in cardiac care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Deliver services during four shifts per month (day‑shift only).

• Current or previous nursing experience in cardiology.
• Strong NP experience.

• Master of Science in Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  
  Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner.
• Current New York State RN license.
• NP board certification through ANCC or AANP.

Hourly rate: $98.55 per hour.
