RN-Nursing Supervisor
Full-Time - 3pm-11:15pm
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for an RN Supervisor on the 3:00pm-11:15pm shift. This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.
Some of your daily tasks as RN Supervisor include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the evening shift including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Position Qualifications
Current NYS RN license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related area
Previous experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living or post-acute setting
Previous experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager or Charge Nurse preferred
