As a Pediatric RN
, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care in the home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well‑being for children with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive
.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high‑quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients

• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G‑tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators)

• Identify changes in condition and respond appropriately

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers

• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

• Support families through education and empowerment

• Active RN license in New York State (required)

• Pediatric experience preferred
  , but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome

• BLS and PALS certifications (preferred)

• Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plus

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Must be able to commute to assigned home care cases in Westchester

• In‑person care in Westchester county

• Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

• Part‑time and per diem roles |
  16–40 hours/week
