Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant; Telehealth

A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a high-volume clinical team providing
telehealth care in their Brooklyn office. This role is ideal for a fast-paced, confident provider who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a consistent impact through direct patient care. You will be seeing a
high volume of patients daily
, delivering efficient, high-quality medical evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups in a supportive and collaborative setting.

• Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth and in-person visits
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Document all encounters accurately and in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education and follow-up guidance
• Maintain compliance with state laws, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies
• Other duties as assigned

• Active NP or PA license in New York State
• 1-2 years of previous clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable seeing high patient volume
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Willingness to work the specified evening and weekend schedule

Salary: $95-$120/hour

Hours:

Variable shifts within the following hours: M-Th: 3 pm - 10 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm , Sat night: 6 pm - 12 am. Sunday. 10 am - 10 pm.
