Compensation: $43.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for pediatric care to join our growing team throughout New York City’s five boroughs:
Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

Deliver individualized, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in patient condition

Operate and manage specialized medical equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans

Educate family members on care procedures and safety protocols

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards

Current NYS LPN License (Required)

Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience (Required)

Pediatric nursing experience highly preferred

Fluent in English – spoken and written

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Preferred)

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITIN not accepted)

BLS certification (Preferred)

PALS certification (Preferred)
