Homecare Nurse - LPN or RN - $35 - $45 / hour

• LPN: $35 /hour
• RN: $45 /hour

• Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS
• Minimum 1 year experience in a home care setting
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Empathy, reliability, and commitment to high-quality care

• Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required
