Carthage Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carthage, NY. Now offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus!
Base Pay Range$28.65/hr – $29.65/hr

- Extra evening and night shift differentials

- Two‑Tiered Insurance Plan:
Medical and Dental - Tuition Reimbursement Program
- Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
