Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Rate: $26.00 – $28.15/hour (depending on experience). Sign-on bonus:
Up to $5,000. Shift: All. • Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and nursing leadership
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Support and guide CNAs in providing daily resident care
