Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Manhattan, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Compensation: $155,000 - $165,000 per year
- Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care to families in the Manhattan, NY area.
- This full-time, onsite position involves working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- The role requires expertise in managing both acute and chronic conditions, as well as performing health assessments and promoting wellness.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Current and valid NYS license
Current DEA certificate - Updated BLS and infection control certificate
- Excellent bedside manner
- Experience in evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Proficiency in mental health assessment and management
- Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Experience in prescribing treatments and medications
- Strong communication skills for advising patients
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Collaborative approach to working with diverse populations
