Homecare Nurse - LPN or RN : $35 - $45 / hour

Location: Suffolk County, NY

• Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a homecare setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Empathy, reliability, and a commitment to high‑quality care

• Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
