Hone-at-Home empowers Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver concierge aesthetic and wellness treatments — including Botox, IV Therapy, and more — directly in clients' homes or preferred locations. We provide comprehensive hands-on Botox training, funded by Hone-at-Home, and equip you with the tools, guidance, and support you need to start earning right away.

In addition to your aesthetics practice, you will have the exclusive option to also serve as an ivee IV Infusion Nurse (RN) — performing high-quality, in-home IV therapy for a wide range of wellness and recovery clients. This not only provides an additional income stream but also acts as a powerful lead generation opportunity to introduce your aesthetic services to a warm, health-conscious audience.

Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Administer Treatments:
  Provide Botox, IV Therapy, and other wellness services per protocol.
• Conduct Personalized Consultations:
  Build treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
• Serve ivee Clients:
  Receive IV therapy appointments via the ivee mobile app and deliver treatments in homes, offices, or other non-medical settings.
• Lead Generation:
  Introduce aesthetics to your IV therapy clients and grow your mobile Botox business organically.
• Manage Scheduling:
  Use Hone-at-Home and ivee platforms to coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Deliver Exceptional Care:
  Provide a high-touch, concierge-level client experience every time.
• Market Your Services:
  Leverage social media, word-of-mouth, and local networking to grow your book of business.
• Maintain Compliance:
  Follow all operational protocols and safety guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications (Who You Are)

Active RN License in New York State

Active BLS Certification

Strong IV placement skills with a high first-stick success rate

Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to grow an independent business

Professional, reliable, and committed to client satisfaction

Confident communicator with a polished bedside manner

Flexible and able to travel locally for in-home visits

Prior aesthetic experience a plus (not required — training provided)

Social media and digital marketing interest is a bonus
