Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is interviewing for a LPN for our busy OB‑GYN Practice.

• Greets and escorts patients to exam rooms; prepares for physicians visits by obtaining initial information.
• Help manage a smooth flow by assessing and anticipating MD schedule, ensuring any patient results or chart documents are available.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform.
• Ensure the examination rooms are stocked.
• Sterilize, package, and autoclave instruments.
• Performs phlebotomy, and assist physicians in minor procedures.
• Collect, labels, and processes specimens accurately.
• Ensure that all competencies and clinical responsibilities are completed accurately.
• Compllies with department and division policies and procedures.
• Assists in phone triage.
• Performs various data entry and information retrieval tasks using computerized patient records system. Document what patient needs at next visit and current weeks of gestation' i.e.; 28wks / 4days GCT, CBC and Rhogam.
