Located in the heart of the Northeast Bronx , our 200-bed skilled nursing facility provides short-term rehab, sub-acute care, long-term care, and in-house hospice services . We’re looking for an RN Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
What Does an RN Supervisor Do?As an RN Supervisor , you play a vital role in overseeing the clinical care of our residents. You will be a mentor, problem-solver, and leader , ensuring our nursing team provides the highest level of care while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical care of assigned residents and units
- Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff to provide top-quality care
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth unit operations
- Foster teamwork and strong communication with staff, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and ancillary staff to enhance care
- Active NYS RN License (unencumbered)
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- BCLS / ACLS certification required
- LTC experience & Sigma Care EMR knowledge preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required (unless medically exempt)
