Company Description

We are a New York–based medical aesthetics and wellness platform led by a world renowned Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgeon physician, providing compliant, patient-centered IV therapy and injectable services both in-clinic and in patients’ homes across NYC.

This role is ideal for experienced Nurse Practitioners and/or P.A-C's seeking flexible, supplemental income with autonomy, strong clinical support, and uncapped earning potential.

Role Description

As a Contract Provider, you will deliver IV therapy, neurotoxin, and filler services in patients’ homes and/or our Midtown clinic location. You will operate under established clinical protocols with physician oversight, focusing on safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV hydration, vitamin infusions, neurotoxin, and filler services
• Conduct patient assessments and obtain informed consent
• Deliver care in patients’ homes throughout NYC and in-clinic as scheduled
• Adhere to New York State scope-of-practice and clinical protocols
• Complete same-day clinical documentation
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered bedside manner

Requirements

Required

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license
• Comfortable providing care in patients’ homes across NYC
• Ability to work independently within clinical protocols

Preferred

• Experience with IV therapy and/or aesthetic injectables
• Mobile, concierge, or outpatient clinical experience
• Evening or weekend availability

Compliance & Clinical Standards

This role operates under New York State clinical regulations with physician oversight
. All services are delivered according to established medical protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety guidelines.
