Responsibilities- Conducting virtual patient assessments
- Diagnosing and treating common conditions
- Managing ongoing care plans and follow‑up
- Providing patient education and support
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborating with other providers as needed
- Active NP license and relevant certifications
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems and digital tools

Salary
