Job Type: LPN Full‑time, 40+ hours weekly, starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required. 24‑48 hour onboarding if documents ready.

Rate: $45 hourly, weekly pay. Benefits:
Overtime 1.5x hourly, consistent ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours.

As an LPN in our skilled nursing home facility, you will provide high‑quality care, administer medications, monitor health, assist with treatments, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure resident well‑being and comfort.

• Valid LPN license in New York
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and prioritization skills
• Preferred experience in a skilled nursing home or long‑term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident health status; communicate changes to team
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate resident records and charts
• Provide emotional support to residents and families
