Minimum of1 year experience as an NP in Pain Management

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:
- Must have an active NY State License
- Must be Board Certified
- Must haveat least 1 year of experience as an NP in Pain Management
Compensation and Benefits of the Nurse Practitioner:
- The salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 / yr
- This is a Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem position (minimum of 2 days a week)
