About the RoleAs a Perioperative Service Clinical Manager you will drive efficiency and compassion and directly impact the quality of care. You will be an agent of health and hope, support the delivery of exceptional care, coordinate patient care throughout, and mentor and motivate staff. You’ll collaborate with nursing team leaders on quality measures and guide independent thinking and patient‑focused compassion.
Responsibilities- Drive efficiency and compassion to improve patient outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care throughout the operating room process.
- Mentor and motivate staff; gather staff perspectives to positively impact the unit.
- Partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures and patient‑focused compassion.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience in the operating room
- CNOR Certification
- Leadership experience
- At least two years of acute care RN experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association
Full‑time day shift. Work at New York‑Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
