Key Responsibilities- Medication & Supplies Management:
Order and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care. - Individualized Care Delivery:
Follow and execute care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs. - Clinical Precision:
Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures accurately and safely. - Thorough Documentation:
Record all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations with precision. - HIPAA Compliance:
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, families, and the facility.
- Licensure:
Valid LPN license in New York State - Experience:
Skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required) - Professionalism:
