We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying, and interpreting serious situations.
• Prioritize and take immediate action in emergency situations.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, and cardiac monitors.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
• Record observations and nursing interventions accurately.
• Document health care requirements and prepare assignments for team members.
• Plan and implement care delivery and coordinate documentation of care.
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment and ensure a safe environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER RN experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (mandatory).
• Ventilator experience is required.
• Ability to float to MS or ICU units as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
