• Provide comprehensive care for patients from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, well-child exams, and management of acute illnesses.
• Offer lactation support, with certification preferred or willingness to obtain training.
• Collaborate with a physician and interdisciplinary team in a family‑centered, evidence‑based practice.
• Maintain a manageable schedule, averaging 16 patients daily, with no on‑call or inpatient duties.

• Licensed NP or PA in NY, with 2+ years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Lactation certification is a plus.
